SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via UPS or USPS only.  We usually ship all our orders the next business day the order was placed. Sometimes, you may expect a slight delay of 2 days.
On average your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note that an order placed on Friday will ship on Monday as we don’t ship on non-business days.
The tracking numbers for each shipped orders are automatically emailed after shipping.
Due to high costs associated with COD orders, we cannot ship any orders COD.

 

PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Big Bear Shopping.com accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.. We do not currently accept international wire transfers, money orders, personal checks, or cashier's checks. We are unable to apply manufacturer's coupons, or any other payment method not listed above.

 

RETURN POLICY
Big Bear Shopping.com sells products provided to us by individuals and merchants.  Many of these products are unique and/or hard to find items.  Unless it is indicated otherwise in the Product Description for a particular product item, WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS THAT ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE.   If you are unsure as to whether or not a specific product will meet you needs, do not order it from us.  Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

If there is any concern as to whether an item offered for purchase on Big Bear Shopping.Com is appropriate for your needs, contact the merchant directly with the link and information provided for additional information.  The items offered on this website are also available for viewing at the business address linked to the product.

 

Be advised that Gift Certificates are redeemable only for products or services offered by the issuing merchant, and that these Gift Certificates have no actual cash value.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON GIFT CERTIFICATES PURCHASED THROUGH BIG BEAR SHOPPING.COM FOR OTHER BUSINESSES. 

Please note that returns for refunds must be sent to us within thirty days from the date of shipment, and that an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is REQUIRED for all returns. Contact our customer service department for an RMA.

 

Please allow a standard shipping timing of 3-5 business days for your return to arrive in our Returns Department, and up to 10 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department.

 

All credit requests will be completed within one billing period, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.

 

When returning an item for exchange or refund, Big Bear Shopping.Com is not responsible for the product making it back to our warehouse.  It would be up to you as consumer to place any desired insurance on items being shipped back to us. If there is no tracking number placed on return product and item does not make it back to our warehouse, Big Bear Shopping.Com cannot be held liable for a lost product.
